We have a vast knowledge of raw materials and processes and can offer a range of forming processes including: Vacuum forming, pressure forming, twin sheet Moulding and drape forming.

Machining and Tooling Expertise
Trimming components with the highest degree of consistency and accuracy using our 5 axis CNC routers. This is all done in-house and enables us to control the finish without compromising quality or timescales.

We have invested in a comprehensive tooling facility, with the ability to manufacture male and female format thermoforming tools. The production of the associated 5 axis CNC programmes and fixtures. And any relevant assembly jigs. For more information, please download the fact sheets below.
